Home prices are not decreasing, and I’m sharing the three main reasons why.

We’ve been receiving this question quite a bit lately: Are home prices decreasing? With everything happening with the health crisis, this is a logical question. So today I’m sharing three reasons why home prices will not diminish, and possibly even increase:

  1. Demand. The demand for properties is still high. Many buyers are shopping for homes with low interest rates, therefore pricing is still strong. The more demand, the higher the prices.

  2. Growth. Our area is growing, especially in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Asheville, keeping our market strong despite what’s happening on a global scale.

  3. Low inventory. Inventory is low, but again, there’s a demand for houses. In most cases, we’re seeing multiple offers, which drives up the price of homes. Sellers are netting more money for their houses than they originally thought they would, and homes are selling quicker than usual.

If you have any questions about our current market or pricing your house, give me a shout via phone or email. I would love to help you.
